Judith Miller Not "Absolutely Certain," Scooter Libby's Career Still In Ruins

It would appear that during her testimony in court, former New York Times reporter Judith Miller admitted she wasn't 'absolutely certain' that she first heard of Valerie Plame from Scooter Libby. Remember what happened to Scooter when he wasn't "absolutely certain;" he got charged with perjury and obstruction of justice.

Let's see if special prosecutors treat a former NYT's reporter the same as a former Bush administration official. I think we all know they won't...
